The Pier at Pratts is more than a venue—it is the continuation of a story that began generations ago.

As a fourth-generation family living on this land, we have been deeply rooted in the values of faith, hard work, and connection. This farm has shaped who we are, and it has been a place where our children—now the fifth generation—were raised, learned, and grew.

As we enter a new season of life, we felt a calling to create something lasting. The Pier at Pratts is part of something Tracy envisioned, but it has grown into something much bigger—a family vision. It is being built not just for today, but as a legacy for our four children.

Our hope is that this venue will always be more than a business. It is a way for our children to stay connected to their roots, to the land that raised them, and to the values that define our family. While they are now thriving in their own paths, this place gives them something shared—a foundation to return to, build upon, and carry forward.

6-8 Hour Wedding Experience Starting at $1,200

• Ceremony and reception access

• Tables and chairs

• Bridal Suite and Groom's Quarters

• Open-air chapel or outdoor ceremony location

CELEBRATE | FULL WEDDING DAY

10-12 Hour Experience Starting at $1,800

• Full access to pier, lake, and grounds

• Bridal Suite and Groom's Quarters

• Ceremony rehearsal time

• Flexible setup and breakdown

REMEMBER | FULL WEEKEND EXPERIENCE

Friday-Sunday Access Starting at $3,000
